[docs] Release prep for 1.12.0 - #633

Cloud-sync detection matched provider names inside any path, so ordinary folders like sandbox or Inbox Scans were refused for sharing and mirroring since before 1.11.2 (#612). The fix shipped to main without a changelog entry.

release/1.12. Version (1.12.0) and the dated changelog heading (2026-10-12) are already in place frommain; this adds the missing Fixed entry for #612 (cloud-sync detection refused ordinary folders), which shipped in 1.11.2.Forward-port to
