May be, it's worth mentioning in the commit description that it relies on an external tool. Or mention it in the docs.
Add a new library that contains code that can be useful when dealing with RDMA links. Give the user an ability to query and diff RDMA statistics. Testing done: this patch is used in a proprietary test suite to track changes in RDMA statistic counters.
