Update Denmark spectrum data

Updates denmark.json to match the licences currently published by the Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen).

Added

• B67 (700 MHz SDL): TDC Net 738–758 MHz
• B75 (1500 MHz): TDC Net 1427–1472 MHz, TN-Network 1472–1517 MHz
• n78 (3.5 GHz): TDC Net 3410–3540, Hi3G 3540–3660, TN-Network 3660–3800 MHz
• n258 (26 GHz): TDC Net 24650–25900, TN-Network 25900–26500, Hi3G 26500–27500 MHz
• B40: TDC Net 2360–2400 MHz (2021 auction)
• B8: Hi3G 910–915 / 955–960 MHz (separate licence H100356)

Changed

• TT-Netværket was renamed TN-Network P/S in June 2025; Telia Denmark is now Norlys. TDC is shown as TDC Net, the licence holder.
• 700 MHz validity corrected to 2020-06-02 – 2040-06-01 (licence amendments of 20 March 2020).
• Validity dates added for 2100 MHz (2022-02-01 – 2042-01-31) and 2.6 GHz (2010-06-01 – 2030-05-31).
• Sources now link to the licence PDFs on digst.dk, which took over the telecom area from the Danish Energy Agency.
• Bands and providers sorted by frequency, trailing whitespace removed.

Notes

• TDC Net's 1500 MHz licence starts at 1427 MHz, so its lowest 5 MHz technically fall in band 76. It is listed under B75 as in the licence.
• 1800 MHz is unchanged. The licences on digst.dk are scanned PDFs, so the block positions and validity dates could not be checked; 1825–1835 MHz is not listed.

The file validates against schemas/country.schema.json.
