Adds Outpost to the community themes gallery in alphabetical order. Outpost is a pixel art theme with petroleum, ivory, and bronze tones.
Includes a real desktop screenshot from the theme repository, resized to 1200 × 675 WebP (90,534 bytes), and refreshes the generated theme data.
Validation:
npm run lint,npm run typecheck,npm test,npm run build, andnpm run parityall pass.
