# Realnest — Premium Real Estate Website
Realnest is a modern real estate platform designed to transform the property search experience into a seamless, aesthetic, and high-performance journey.
This project is a front-end integration case study for the PropTech industry. The goal was to convert a complex design into a living web interface, focusing on user conversion and raw performance.

To ensure a smooth experience and maintainable code, I used the following technologies:

- Lucide Icons: Vector icon pack for visual clarity on all screens.
- JavaScript (Vanilla): Custom logic for the testimonial carousel and UI interactions.
- Interactive Hero Section: Intelligent search form with glassmorphism effects.
- Dynamic Property Grid: Card system with hover animations (zoom, color transitions).
- Testimonial Carousel: Custom-built review rotation engine in pure JS.
- Responsive Design: Optimized user experience for Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop.
- SEO Ready: Full integration of Meta and Open Graph tags for social sharing.
The Realnest architecture addresses three major challenges in the real estate industry:
- Bounce Rate Reduction thanks to a clean interface that captures attention within the first few seconds.
- Enhanced Credibility through strategic placement of social proof and agent profiles.
- Conversion Funnel Optimization via action-oriented design (clear CTAs and intuitive navigation).
