  • Updated solution to use .slnx file format.
  • Updated text library to improve allocations and reduce constructor and method overloads.
  • Added &, |, and ! operators to the Specification<T> pattern abstractions.
  • Replaced many comments with <inheritdoc/>.

Too much going on to track safely. Going to close out and do smaller PRs.
