Looks good to me! I know little about GCP configuration, though. I can see that we're spending a fair bit more than it would seem we need to, so I'm all for trying this.
When I look at the commit in GitHub the assignments are not aligned. I don't know whether our tab setting is supposed to be 4 or 8.
