Instead of duplicating code from the send sms method, this should be refactored. Even so, I'm reluctant to merge it because I don't think I can test it. Anyone has a good method for testing this. Preferably with a simulator, and somebody with real life experience with submit multi.

No... i am not using this.. its not for enterprise solution... use kannel for better perfomance.
