Follow-up to #1801 / PR #1896. Moving a repeating event's day currently moves the whole series without asking. Google Calendar asks "This event", "This and following events" or "All events". Michiel (29 Sep): keep "all events" for now, and track the question here for later.
Moving one occurrence would store an override instance (recurringEventId + originalStartTime), which the view already renders as "moved from …" (#1804 / PR #1823).
