Add a form setting for a URL to send the visitor to after a successful submit, instead of the thank-you message. It would go in the form's form-settings JSON next to confirmationMessage (Settings > After submitting). Only allow http(s) URLs.
Follow-up to #875 (Forms). Forms ship as Beta in #1923 without this.
