After a successful submit, optionally show a button that resets the form for another response. It would be a setting under Settings > After submitting, off by default. The renderer already clears the saved draft on submit (browser/form-renderer).
Follow-up to #875 (Forms). Forms ship as Beta in #1923 without this.
