Session artifacts removed, per planning/README.md's own rule that handoffs and validation transcripts leave the folder once the work merges: E2E_HANDOFF_1500.md, E2E_HANDOFF_FABLE.md, WEBSITE_HANDOFF.md, start-server-9897.sh. The one repo reference (website-publishing.md linking the website handoff) is replaced. Their open items and durable lessons moved to the owning plans:

• website-publishing.md: status (on develop since feat(websites): publish static sites on a self-hosted Atomic Server #1500), the six remaining-work items from the website handoff, the inline-RTE flake diagnosis including the measured dead end (do not re-attempt the updateNodeOnLoroEvent filter), and the stale "Publishing options" menu text replaced by the standard More menu via useCustomContextItems (the .po catalogs only carry that string as obsolete #~ entries).
• assistant-websites.md: status (merged via feat(websites): publish static sites on a self-hosted Atomic Server #1500; feat(websites): Assistant-designed sites with inline editing and static export #1498 still an open draft against feat/plugin-model).
• e2e-concurrency.md: CI runs 2 workers × 4 shards, one server per shard (.dagger/src/index.ts HOST_PROFILES); a local 4-worker run against one server invents failures.
• e2e-diagnostic-hygiene.md: the specs still red after the pass and why, the useDriveClass gap (only subscribes to defaultOntology if it exists at mount), and the fixes worth knowing about (optional: true diagnostics, the empty-subject root fetch).
• silent-failures.md: redb's lock outliving the socket (open: e2e-server.sh refuses a busy port but nothing waits for HTTP 200), desynced compiled i18n catalogs in the gitignored src/locales/.wuchale, a borrowed node_modules, stale Vite pre-bundles, and normalizeSubject('') (fixed in 027c090).
• AGENTS.md: the .wuchale regeneration rule under Translation catalogs, and "gate on HTTP 200, not the port" under Testing.

planning/README.md "Biggest gaps" rewritten to open gaps only, renumbered, each verified:

1. Query index silently drops rows: ignored test is_a_encodings_all_match_the_class_constraint in lib/src/db/test.rs plus two open silent-failures.md entries. PR in flight.
2. Flutter (static DB: OnceLock<Arc<Db>> in flutter/rust/src/api/simple/state.rs) and desktop (OnceLock<atomic_lib::Db> in desktop/src/lib.rs) still hold a raw Db.
3. SYNC_PUSH is gated only by admit_drive_write / write rights in lib/src/sync/engine.rs; no AuthorizationProof in lib/src.
4. Store growth: sign_at in lib/src/commit.rs ends in doc.export_snapshot() under an "incremental" docstring; compaction only via atomic-server compact (server/src/bin.rs). PR in flight.
5. npm: workspace at 0.41.0-beta.7, registry at 0.41.0-beta.0; ci(release): publish @tomic/* packages to npm on a v* tag #1355 merged 2026-09-18.
6. Managed-node bootstrap grace has no reaper (no reaper anywhere in lib/, server/, managed-node/).
7. Code-first schemas only in did:ad:frozen schemas + code-first API (iterate on #1209) #1262 (draft, conflicts, last touched 2026-09-01). The plugin model is on develop: git diff origin/develop origin/feat/plugin-model shows one file that exists only on the feat(apps): custom UIs, schemas and logic on Atomic data #1307 branch and 60 that develop has and the branch lacks.

Status rows corrected: production-readiness.md (only open gates listed; #1355 merged), website-templates.md (#1500 merged, #1498 open draft), plugins.md (on develop; the "plugin RPC answers not implemented" claim has no match in the code), actions.md (#1347 merged, mcp-endpoint.md is the plan), disk-storage-and-persistence-optimization.md (PR in flight, stale line numbers replaced), silent-failures.md.

Counts (unified-data-layer.md and its README row): addResource( has 0 non-test call sites in browser/data-browser/src (the doc said 38; the only hit outside a .test.ts is a comment). CommitBuilder has 31 references outside *.test.ts, all in browser/lib/src (commit.ts 18, resource.ts 10, store.ts 2, test-store.ts 1), none in browser/react/src or browser/data-browser/src; the doc's 42 was the count including tests.

Also touched for consistency: plugins.md and extension-architecture.md status lines (code on develop since #1500), production-readiness.md npm gate wording.
