…ew message Panel headers, the user row and the bottom nav buttons share one calmer sizing. Long-press or right-click on a panel header offers to hide it, and every panel can be toggled in settings. The new message dialog lists people from the current drive and narrows them as you type.
The plain ring spinner and the bare "Loading..." text give way to the boot splash's orbiting mark, centered when it fills a page. Long-press now opens the panel menu on release so the click that follows does not close it.

Combines #2123, #2127, #2133, #2134, #2135, #2136, #2138, #2140, #2141, #2142, #2143, #2147, #2149, #2132, #2121, #2129, #2146 and #1870. Includes fixes for the combination: Dagger mount for the form validation cases, drive mapping list without the flush sentinel, web_time in search, sidebar resize test at the touch bar height.

Before: Sidebar panel headers on touch screens were tall (44px plus a gap between panels) while the user row at the bottom was small, the bottom nav buttons were 44px, panels could only be collapsed, and the new message dialog only took a pasted ID. Loading showed a plain ring, a top-left "Loading..." text or the logo splash depending on the page.
After: Panel headers and the user row share one height (36px, 40px on touch), panels sit closer together, and the bottom nav buttons are 40px on touch. Right-click or long-press on a panel header offers "Hide ". Messages, Favorites, Shared with me, AI Chats and Ontologies can all be toggled under Settings, Appearance. The new message dialog lists people with access to the current drive and narrows them as you type. The boot splash's orbiting mark is now the one spinner, centered when it fills a page (closes #2131).
