Hi, there are a few small mistakes in this plugin which might interrupt the default Open Ticket behaviour. For example: I've seen that the plugin sends a close message and manages channel permissions by itself after running the built-in "opendiscord:close-ticket" action. This built-in action already handles these permissions and messages, so the plugin should not modify them afterwards. But still, thanks for the contributions! I will merge the plugin once Open Ticket v4.2 is released, just like with the ot-ai-assistent plugin. |
