remove unused function get_all_tables_size. we now get table size info from table_size table when rebooting. add new function pull_active_table_size_from_seg to make gp_fetch_active_tables interface clear. add some comments Use ereport to replace elog.

Add yezzey as apache cloudberry submodule and configure option to build extension together with main binary file.
Also I added here CI tests to check if everything works great and removed the old CI approach
