This PR is a massive refactor of the message registration and diagram workflow building systems. The key motive of this refactor is to separate out the message type inference from the workflow building process. This allows message type inference and diagram validation to performed without actually building the diagram into a workflow. This will unlock the ability to make progress on these feature tickets:
Moreover this PR introduces automatic type conversion for connections whose source message type has a registered conversion to the target message type. This almost covers #66, except we will need to follow up by introducing an explicit conversion operation. Currently only automatic implicit conversion is implemented.
This PR also closes #119 . Now all stream message types get automatically registered, just like request and response message types.
