FEAT: Add Gemini-based Chatbot for Mifos Web-App

Enhances : #5 with Gemini-Powered Chatbot Integration

This PR adds a Gemini-based chatbot integration to the Mifos Web-App. It includes:

• A new chatbot implementation using Gemini.
• Updates to the requirements file to include dependencies like transformers and huggingface_hub.
• Enhancements to the user interface for interacting with the chatbot.

The chatbot is integrated into the web application to provide conversational features to end users.

I have submitted a PR (#29 ) that enhances this issue (#5 ) by integrating a Gemini-powered chatbot into the Mifos Web-App.
It includes:

• Chatbot implementation using Gemini APIs
• Necessary dependency updates
• Interface to ask project-related queries
