docs: fix the dead nws.nyuchi.com link and stale sibling table - #31

- nws.nyuchi.com has no DNS record at all (curl 000, empty dig). Removed the Nyuchi Web Services row and folded engineering into the Nyuchi row, with the operator framing the estate uses. - Sibling project table: SiafuDB and SiafuDB-Kuzu now link to their real repositories under github.com/siafuDB. Mzizi is described correctly as an open architecture and design system that is a Bundu Foundation project operated by Nyuchi, and linked to mzizi.dev. - Nyuchi Honeycomb and Harare Metro have no public repository, so they are named in a sentence instead of sitting in a table implying they are linkable. - Added a CI badge, a Rust toolchain badge and an at-a-glance line per the estate README standard, plus the workspace facts from Cargo.toml: twelve members, 0.2.0-beta.1, edition 2024, rust-version 1.85, unsafe_code = forbid. Cargo.toml metadata was verified and already agrees with the README: version 0.2.0-beta.1, license Apache-2.0, repository openNTL/ntl, homepage openntl.org. @bundu/ntl-cli on npm is at the same version.
