Summary:

replace the development/public screen-title split with 微笺 v
bump firmware source version to 0.1.90 and remove the obsolete build-channel flag
update regression and release documentation

Validation:

firmware regression checks
ESP-IDF 5.5.2 public build for Waveshare ESP32-S3-RLCD-4.2
ESP-IDF 5.5.2 public build for Zectrix Note 4
both binaries contain 微笺 v0.1.90
generated sdkconfigs contain no obsolete development-build option
