Deleting a course fails to update the meilisearch index

Deleting a course via the django command delete_course fails the meili part with:

`Attribute `course` is not filterable. Available filterable attribute patterns are: `catalog_visibility`, `enrollment_end`, `language`, `modes`, `org`.`

The course no longer appears in authoring but does still appear in https://{LMS}/courses.

Adding content to INDEX_FILTERABLES for course_info seems to fix the issue.

Just confirming this is still an issue. I ran into this bug today on Verawood.

I, with the help of Claude and Codex, have literally implemented an entire fully-featured, fully standards-based LMS using the most recent backend, DB and offline-first technologies in the time it takes for one or two exchanges on any/every openedx bug or small new feature. This might have been fine pre-2025 but now...
