Bump golang.org/x/net from v0.38.0 to v0.55.0 to remediate several CVEs flagged against openshift5/ose-network-metrics-daemon-rhel9
Pulled in transitively as part of , which also advanced x/sys v0.31.0->v0.45.0, x/term v0.30.0->v0.43.0, x/text v0.23.0->v0.37.0, and x/tools v0.26.0->v0.44.0.
Updated the Dockerfile builder to golang:1.26.5.
