i need help with building and including the dll(s) lol

i dont know how to make it include them (for more info, see stackoverflow post: StackOverflow)
and the final dlls symbol table seems to be completely empty when i dumpbin /SYMBOLS it, while the object file(s) do have the symbols and code inside of it when i run dumpbin /SYMBOLS on them.

plz help lol
