All verifications pass: no .mod.just file remains anywhere, no repository invokes a :: recipe, every consuming repository's lint passes, the root README carries no inline module sections, no CONTRIBUTING names a tool its repository does not install, and osapi's two formatters own disjoint paths. Every module is now a directory with a README -- docusaurus, go, just, md, react. bats and docker were removed rather than converted; nothing fetched them.
