Replace the GitHub Pages deploy with a Wrangler deploy: main deploys production, dev deploys a preview at dev.petroviz.pages.dev, and a final step fetches the reported URL and fails unless it serves the app. The data-source check still runs first. Adds ADR 0001, rewrites the deployment guide, and removes the GitHub Pages CNAME file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
