Broadens the package identity beyond relative permeability to the full SCAL/petrophysics scope (capillary pressure, core data, well logs).

  • src/relperm/ → src/scalflow/ (relperm.py kept as the rel-perm submodule)
  • pyproject.toml: name scalflow, version 0.2.0, real description
  • updated docs, mkdocs, CONTRIBUTING, main.py, tests, release workflow

Verified locally: uv sync, 2 tests pass, import scalflow works, uv build produces scalflow-0.2.0 artifacts.
