Complete Controller Scale Test

This is a compiled version of the complete controller model. It should be place in the software->src->controller_models (you may need to create this directory) direction and be built as a colcon package. It will be launched with the rest of riptide controllers (bring up via launch service)!

You should not need a MATLAB install to use this.

Model Manager Test Release

This release will be used to test the package download capabilities of the model manager. It doesn't really mean anything in terms of milestones hit by the controller
