Baseline Resting-State fMRI Functional Connectivity Fingerprints Outweigh Short-Interval Longitudinal Change in Frontotemporal Dementia
This study examines baseline and longitudinal resting-state functional connectivity patterns across behavioural variant frontotemporal dementia, non-fluent/agrammatic primary progressive aphasia, semantic variant primary progressive aphasia, and healthy controls using repeated-visit NIFD/FTLDNI data.
The analysis compares baseline subtype-specific functional connectivity fingerprints with longitudinal subtype-by-time functional connectivity slope differences.
Raw imaging and clinical data are from the NIFD/FTLDNI cohort and are available through the LONI Image and Data Archive under the appropriate data-use agreements.
Controlled-access raw data, clinical spreadsheets, subject-level imaging derivatives, and identifiable participant-level files are not redistributed in this repository.

Because NIFD/FTLDNI data are controlled-access, the full analysis cannot be rerun from this repository alone. Researchers with approved access to the source dataset can adapt these scripts to reproduce the workflow locally.
