Confirmed by Johannes (q45, q46, 2026-09-19): per-product sandboxed Nix derivations invoke the pinned Buck graph; binary caches (Cachix now, native S3/R2 later) are the origins; a substitution miss rebuilds through the same graph; GitHub releases retired. Amends 0034 (Amendment 1), rewrites BRIDGE-R08 and vision lines 30-32 / criterion 6 verbatim as authorized; carries the CAS and Cachix origin experiments; opens the private pnpm and retention questions. agent-identity: dev3.direct.omp.t3mkm4sd agent-persona: generalist agent-supervisor: unavailable agent-tool: OMP agent-tool-version: 18.1.14 agent-runtime: OMP 18.1.14 tooling-profile: dotfiles@5d1e05f

Decision 0037 (q45/q46): Nix substitution is the distribution layer — per-product sandboxed Nix derivations invoke the pinned Buck graph; binary caches (public/private Cachix now, native S3/R2 later) are the origins; a miss rebuilds through the same graph; GitHub releases and publish.sh retire. Constitutional edits authorized verbatim: vision lines 30-32 + criterion 6, BRIDGE-R08; 0034 Amendment 1; roadmap Phase 5b.
Also (q49/q50): remote execution is a requirement — vision bullet + BUCK-R17 verbatim; 02-execution spec paragraph + open question (worker image); roadmap Phase 7 (NativeLink after DELTA-001 closes). q47: L3 deletion in two cuts. Carries the CAS (#1310), Cachix (#1315) and NativeLink (#1317) experiment records; stacked on #1318 (reconstruction) and #1292. Strict VRS check green.
