Rather than doing a lot of work as a set of shell commands have moved the sort and select operations into a jq filter. The jq filter returns snapshots to be deleted, it:- - ignores any protected backups - sorts the snapshots by date (and reverses to newest first) - returns all entries after the keep_local_backup value
