Summary

This pull request provides a comprehensive overhaul and enhancement of the DockPanel File Manager as requested in #134. It introduces modern, desktop-grade site file management capabilities across the Agent (Rust), Backend API (Rust), and Frontend SPA (React 19 + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind 4).

What's Included

1. Dual-Pane Navigation & Tree Explorer

  • Collapsible Folder Tree Sidebar: Deep directory hierarchy exploration with lazy loading and folder selection.
  • Dynamic Breadcrumb Bar: Quick directory jumping and path segments.
  • Table & Grid Views: Responsive file view switcher with sortable columns (Name, Size, Modified Date, Permissions).

2. Desktop Keyboard Shortcuts & Multi-Select

  • Keyboard Shortcuts:
    • \Ctrl + A\ / \Cmd + A: Select all items
    • \Ctrl + C\ / \Cmd + C: Copy items
    • \Ctrl + X\ / \Cmd + X: Cut items
    • \Ctrl + V\ / \Cmd + V: Paste items into current directory
    • \Delete\ / \Backspace: Bulk delete items with confirmation
    • \F2: Quick rename selected item
    • \Escape: Clear selection or close modals
    • \Ctrl + F: In-editor Find & Replace
    • \Ctrl + S: In-editor Save
  • Multi-Selection: Support for Shift-click (range select), Ctrl/Cmd-click (individual toggle), and a sticky floating bottom multi-action bar.

3. File & Clipboard Operations

  • Copy, Cut, Paste, Duplicate: In-place copy and duplication.
  • Bulk Operations: Atomic batch delete, bulk copy, and bulk move endpoints.
  • Dynamic Context Menu: Tailored right-click menus for files, folders, archive files, and empty directory canvases.
  • Drag-and-Drop Dropzone: Upload drawer with progress indicators and conflict resolution modes (Overwrite, Skip, Rename).

4. Archive Management

  • Compression: Create .zip, .tar, and .tar.gz\ archives from selected files and folders.
  • In-Place Extraction: Extract archives safely into the current directory or a designated folder.
  • Archive Inspection: Preview internal file hierarchies of .zip\ and .tar\ archives without unpacking them to disk.

5. Permissions, Ownership & Checksums

  • Visual Permissions Modal (chmod): 3x3 permission grid for Owner/Group/Public
