Draft route crashes on an unknown environmentId #446

/draft?environmentId=<id of an Environment that is not connected> renders the root error boundary (Environment <id> is not connected) instead of falling back to the local Environment or showing a recoverable state. Source: environmentRpc.for() in apps/app/src/lib/environment-rpc.ts throws, called from routes/draft.tsx. Pre-existing on main; observed while verifying #402 (stale bookmarked URL after a remote is removed is the realistic trigger).
