ozzy-labs/bootstrap→ozzy-labs/agentic-bootstrap、ozzy-labs/agentic-bootstrap#132) 後のブランド整合。本リポのlefthook-base.yamlは commons から sync されるが、commons 側は ozzy-labs/commons#121 で更新済み。本 PR は次回 sync を待たずに即時反映する。Test plan
