78-bug-04: fix minor bugs make hud level config

Summary

Fix following minor bugs:

• as requesten in the subject make lint should have all requested flags
• HUD level is harcoded, pass right value
• level config, is passed only few levels it will try to create mazes greater than 16x16

Fixes #78

Changes

• make lint add requested flags by subject and lint-strict become the current lint
• HUD level update correctly now, current level number is displayed
• cap level size to 16x16 also if no level are passed in the config.json

Testing

• make lint passes locally
• make test passes locally
• Manually tested the behavior described above
