Quick Start

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.10+
  • Node.js 18+
  • PostgreSQL 14+ (optional, uses SQLite by default)
  • Git

Installation

  1. Clone the repository

    git clone https://github.com/yourusername/aura.git
    cd aura
  2. Backend Setup

    cd backend
    python -m venv venv
    source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
    pip install -r requirements.txt
  3. Frontend Setup

    cd frontend
    npm install
  4. Environment Configuration

    # Backend
    cd backend
    cp .env.example .env
    # Edit .env and add your API keys (optional for demo)

  5. Run the Application
