Record the fail-closed R5-B1a first-leaf preflight and its R5-B1b center/forcing diagnosis.

The frozen static gates, chart residence, no-wrap, response-map invertibility, normal-Jacobian invertibility, and contraction gates pass. Strict Krawczyk self-inclusion fails because the direct whole-leaf forcing enclosure dominates the fixed normal box, while the zero normal center also fails to track the pointwise Newton correction.

The result is diagnostic and non-theorem-bearing. It does not certify the first leaf or full R5 tube, alter the frozen protocol, run R6, or perform normal K=1 residual recovery.
