Extend the frozen affine-Hessian Krawczyk construction from the previously certified first leaf to all 16 leaves of the declared R5 tube.

Each leaf is checked independently using 192-bit Arb arithmetic with the frozen frame, normal basis, preconditioner, formal eta radius, subdivision, and fail-closed acceptance gates. All 16 leaves certify existence and uniqueness of their local normal roots.

The weakest formal self-map margin occurs on leaf 15 and remains strictly positive. This result establishes only leafwise local existence and uniqueness. It does not certify adjacent-leaf gluing, a continuous full path, positive-measure nonconstancy, full-path zero response cost, Principle R R6, a global ODE flow, R6 search, or normal K=1 residual recovery.
