give cursor its own mcp file - #17

Cursor resolves ${env:HOME}, not Claude/MCPB ${HOME}. Keep mcp.json for
Cursor, move the Claude path into .mcp.json, and pin both plugin manifests
so each host loads the right file.

When installing the Cursor plugin it prompts to enter a ENV variable for
${HOME}. After talking with the Cursor devs they suggest to use${env:HOME}instead, however I'm going to try${userHome}for x-os compat.Note
Low Risk
Plugin packaging and MCP path configuration only; no runtime application logic changes.
Overview
Bumps paper-desktop to 0.2.1 and gives each host its own MCP manifest instead of a shared
mcp.json.The Claude plugin now loads
./mcp.claude.json. The Cursor plugin declares./mcp.cursor.json, where the Paper MCP server command is set to${userHome}/.paper/bin/paper(replacing barepaper) so install no longer depends on users manually supplying aHOMEenv var.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 8ea1218.
