Adds a new crypto tool that mirrors what the Tenderly MCP server offers: gasless transaction simulation, decoded traces of on-chain transactions, and full Virtual TestNet management (forking networks, impersonated sends, balance and storage cheatcodes, snapshots, time travel). Big traces can be viewed as summaries, skeletons, failure lists, or blame chains so agents don't have to wade through the raw output.
Needs the Tenderly access key and account/project slugs provisioned in the secrets backend before it works in sandboxes.
