Coordinated architecture increment
GOVERNED_PROGRESSION_AND_DELIVERY_AUTHORITY_V1, with Forge #51 and EP #104; Forge Platform companion follows.Designs policy/decision UX for project defaults and constrained Mission-specific review cadence, distinct from fixed pre-Mission approvals and target-owned pre-deployment gates. Prototype continuous-to-end and production after-Action review are supported target profiles. TST/ACC/PROD are bound to real targets, not authority-bearing labels.
Existing external CD retains its own gate: Workspace shows owner, waiting/decision status, exact evidence and trusted deep-link, not a duplicate Approve control. Explicit independent business and SRE gates remain separate. No credential-bearing proxy, arbitrary workflow editor, direct peer SQL or deployment authority.
Adds the local GP-WC/GP-W roadmap and canonical ROADMAP entrypoint; all implementation is PLANNED. Full UI/external-CD support is not a new first-canary prerequisite.
Scope and merge
Three Markdown files only. No application, schema, workflow, version, runtime, grant or deployment changes. Owner requested these architecture merges after qualification; actual hosted and documentary checks will be recorded. Other implementation/SemVer PRs are unchanged and not approved by this documentation.
