fix sample sheet create columns

There is a problem when creating the sample sheet with the function create-samplesheet.r
It creates two columns named sentrix_row and sentrix_col that after when using read-samplesheet.r do not work.

I am getting this error: "Error: $ operator is invalid for atomic vectors"
when running this line: "pcs <- meffil.methylation.pcs(beta, verbose=T)"

what can I do to fix this?

This is due to a typo in a recent change I made. Just fixed this yesterday, so you should just be able to reinstall from github.
