Added support for ArNS primary name support on profile fetch.
If the primary name is available, it will be added as
profile.displayName; otherwise, the defaultprofile.displayNameremains unchanged.This will apply to
permaweb.getProfileByWalletAddressbut can be reused elsewhere when needed.fixes #99
