FormatJS #7378 is migrating to 748ef4d. Host tests pass, but VRT now requires a patched actiond Linux amd64 worker.
docs/actiond.md requires CONFIG_ADVISE_SYSCALLS via hermeticbuild/actiond#33, which is still open. Existing devbox5 has no /dev/kvm. The documented process-sandbox Docker diagnostic explicitly does not validate VM/REAPI execution. No configured actiond endpoint exists in FormatJS.
Please provide a supported, version-pinned worker bootstrap/reusable CI setup (or published compatible worker/kernel artifacts), with an actionable prerequisite check before expensive runtime builds. It should expose the required kernel version/patch, KVM/vhost-vsock requirements and Bazel execution configuration without requiring consumers to copy the experimental upstream build workflow.
This is an adoption/deployment gap, not a request to restore Testcontainers or silently fall back to host execution. The kernel fix itself is already tracked by hermeticbuild/actiond#33.
