The "Shape" section listed only tools/oxlint/anti-slop/ as the home of
the local lint rules, but 4f302ff added a sibling no-tautological-absence
plugin under tools/oxlint/. A reader hitting a no-tautological-absence
error would have been directed to the wrong directory. Point the entry at
the parent tools/oxlint/ so it covers both plugins (and future ones)
without going stale on the next addition.
