Clicking 'Yes, it sounds good!' now goes straight to the Stream step. Removes the redundant 'Continue to Stream' banner button.

Clicking Yes, it sounds good! now navigates straight to the Stream step. Removes the redundant Continue to Stream → banner button (and its unused CSS).
Per UI feedback: the extra confirmation step was redundant once the test passed.
