What does this pull request do?

Uses all of Siknoz captures (20+ of them) to Audit NE Apollyon.

• Adds mechanics to final floor boss (gets 100% DA and 30% MDT if one dies while any dhalmel are up)
• Fixes HP/MP/Base Damage/MDB/DEFP/Delay/Skill Lists/ Spell Lists and more with data from the captures.
• Fixes loot pools and normalizes them based off data from the JP Wiki

LLS will fail checks until I add a few ENUMs upstream.
