TherapEase

An iOS app for post-injury rehabilitation — track your physical therapy exercises, monitor recovery progress, and stay consistent with your prescribed routine.

🏆 Won 1st place at Camp PolyHacks (Jan 2024)

Overview

Most fitness apps are built for people who are already healthy. TherapEase is built for recovery. It gives users a focused space to log their PT exercises, track session completion, and visualize progress across a recovery timeline — designed around the real constraints of someone coming back from an injury.

Features

  • Add exercises with rep counts, sets, duration, and difficulty level
  • Log daily sessions and track completion streaks
  • Visualize recovery progress over time
  • Reminders to keep your routine on track
  • Accessibility-first design — large tap targets, high-contrast UI, clear visual feedback for users with limited mobility
