Final two batches of the adversarial review loop, combined (Codex, an OpenAI model; affiliation noted in every dated note). This completes the pass over all 83 records. Primaries re-read for this PR: The Register (slopsquatting), The Markup and THE CITY (MyCity), StateScoop.

  • 0007 slopsquatting: headline count from 30,000+ to more than 15,000 downloads in three months, which is what The Register reports as the researcher's figure; remains researcher-reported and researcher-demonstrated.
  • 0008 Mobley v. Workday: failure_locus from tool-mcp (inapt for an HCM platform) to dependency, marked alleged; 1.1 billion labelled as Workday's court statement; "hundreds of millions" as a potential notice pool; the record states the rulings do not establish liability or disparate impact.
  • 0010 MyCity: the "fire workers for complaining about sexual harassment" example was not found in the cited Markup or THE CITY articles and is removed; the two-year duration and January 2026 shutdown are now tied to StateScoop's republication of The Markup.
  • 0009 Mata v. Avianca: "first sanctions" and "courts nationwide adopted standing orders" qualified to what is sourced.
  • 0006 Moffatt v. Air Canada: the tribunal's published decision added as the primary (the page did not render; amounts as carried by the legal analyses); amounts labelled CAD; "canonical" qualified.
  • 0005 Lokken v. UnitedHealth: every substantive claim kept as a plaintiff allegation; the 90 percent figure labelled as the complaint's; the 2025 ruling described as allowing claims to proceed.
  • 0004 NEDA Tessa: "unapproved upgrade", "no change control" and "the scripted boundary was dissolved" attributed to NEDA's account or marked as inference, since vendor accounts differ.
  • 0003 DoNotPay, 0002 iTutorGroup, 0001 Benavides v. Tesla: "first" and "establishes" qualified as reported or significance characterisations; consent decree and non-final judgment wording made consistent.

INDEX: four rows updated; locus counts dependency 6 to 7, tool-mcp 4 to 3.

One codex remark on 0001 referred to the Cruise investment figure, which belongs to 0011 and was handled there; nothing applied to 0001 for it.
