Make agent Ping provider test deterministic

Summary

• add an explicit controlled Claude executable override to the agent pipeline
• make the Ping delegation harness independent of host PATH ordering

• 162/162 builder tests pass locally
• focused runner delegation tests pass
• Python compile, zsh syntax, and diff checks pass

Project update: Real agent Ping deployed; live auto-start awaiting exact agent approval

Status: deployed_waiting_live_smoke

Merged PRs #30 and #31. Dashboard source/runtime is exact main, 162 tests passed on Mac mini, dashboard-server-m4 restarted and listens on localhost:7777, public and local HTML are byte-identical, and public Ping without token returns 401. A consequential live Ping was not executed because no exact first agent/task was explicitly selected.
