P2 Badge Keep the shared badge colors in scope

When the Languages panel renders the current-language marker, languageCard() assigns it the shared badge class, but that element is outside #panel-words, where the new --words-accent variables are defined. Consequently both declarations containing those undefined variables become invalid, so the marker loses the accent foreground and pill background it previously had. Scope these declarations to word-panel badges or retain dashboard-color fallbacks for badges used elsewhere.
