Restore the Words Mini App illustration

Summary

• remove the Words-only CSS override that hid the existing Lexi illustration
• bump the Mini App stylesheet cache key so Telegram WebViews fetch the fix
• add regression coverage and update the superseded visibility contract

Verification

• 38 focused tests passed
• full suite: 1221 passed, 3 skipped
• compileall passed
• git diff --check passed
